Preparing for a job interview can be stressful. Before applying for a job as a lot porter at Doug’s Mazda in Edmonds, Joe spent time discovering his skills and putting together a résumé. His Employment Specialist supported him through the whole process, especially with mock interviews.

Now, his supervisor says “Joe gets more done in a day than you’d believe! He works full speed during his whole shift and never stops smiling – he takes his job very seriously. We love having him on the team.”

He’s still working there two days a week, doing the same tasks as before.
